📦 UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Standard Tracked 48 Delivery — £3.65
Orders are usually posted within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
🎀 Free Delivery
Enjoy FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.
📮 Delivery Times
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a standard delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and circumstances outside of our control.
Please allow additional time during periods of exceptionally high demand.
📦 Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If you believe your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at thebronzesocietyx@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
🏠 Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
The Bronze Society cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update it if your order has not yet been dispatched.
🌍 International Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping.
